Thanks for the suggestions, I'm going to use them. As for what is happening on Bo's quilt, I'm going to take out what I've done so far, order a walking foot and use spray baste. This is the first time I've used safety pins and I really don't get it...
I'll take it to the office next week where I have way more room to make sure it's secure before quilting it.
I heard back from Bo, and he says, "I LOVE IT." Did I mention him, his wife and son live in Paris? Can't send this mess over to France - I don't believe in perfection, but I do have standards. :)
He also remember the professors name, which I would love to post, but forgiveness is more powerful than hanging onto unkind words.
I do believe snosno was praying for me last night, "Dear God, please let momma and Bernie make up. Momma without Bernie is like a fish with no water. Oh and God, please let me have a bone tomorrow."
Lilli, well, what can I say. She found herself a bright quilt to sleep on and the world is right.
So, here's to moving onto quilt #4 until I can make Bo's quilt work.
Cheers! Not giving up, not ever.

Tracee, there's a walking foot at work for that machine. Don't order one unless you really want one of your own.

That's so funny Kathy! I was going to send you a message and see if a walking foot came with the machine. My extra feet are at my studio, I'm going down there tomorrow, I'll see what she's got. I seriously was going to post, "Kathy Patterson, does this machine come with a walking foot?" HAHAHA!
