Of course I'm not feeling well today. Of course. I called in sick and going to do some major relaxing today. I think I might have pushed myself too hard this last week. Time to rest up and get ready for a very busy January! I start a training program this week and I have to admit, I'm a little intimated by it... but that is my goal #2 - to push my body to get in the best shape of my life. I will be committing myself to a strict eating plan and exercise plan, which I will start on 1/2.
