2013 - I honestly can't believe how quickly it went. My birthday, was well, just another day... I do wish I liked my birthday better - I think I just hate getting older.
Goals are simple for tonight; go home, shower, quilt for a hour, go to the gym, dinner, shower... relax. I have been going to the gym lately, but NOT nearly as much as I will be going this year. I'm going to start at the beginning with running and hit the stair master. I have a personal trainer and we were suppose to start with core training tonight but we rescheduled for tomorrow.
Thursday, January 2nd; Run 1 min; walk 2 - repeat 10x & stair master level 6; 30 minutes. (to obtain goal #2)
Quilt on "Birds in the Air" - (to obtain goal #1)
I do have goal number 3 picked out - I'll keep you all posted.
